Dental Solutions has been crowned Practice of the Year at an independent awards ceremony that recognises outstanding dentistry in Ireland
The Eglinton practice faced down competition from across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland to earn the coveted title. Practice owner Ciaran Gillan and his team picked up their trophies at a glamorous awards ceremony last week (1 March) held in the historic Round Room at Dublin’s Mansion House.
Despite facing some of the most accomplished dental practices in Ireland, judges were so impressed with Dental Solutions that they named the practice winner of the Best Patient Care Category too.
Chairman of the judging panel, Tony Aherne, said: ‘For some patients, finding a dentist that they trust can feel like a huge challenge.
‘The Irish Dentistry Awards are a mark of quality – proof that patients can visit these practices safe in the knowledge they will be cared for with sensitivity and compassion by clinicians who are at the top of their game.
‘The standard of the entries we receive is incredible – to be shortlisted is a phenomenal achievement, but to actually win is incredibly difficult. Only practices operating at the highest standard can hope to win an Irish Dentistry Award.’
Entries to the Irish Dentistry Awards undergo a process of intense scrutiny from a judging panel made up of some of Ireland’s most experienced and respected dentists.
